Snow Ice-cream?

It is ……. cold here today. It was -5 degrees this morning.
It’s warmed up slightly - 25 degrees, but with very gusty winds.
I decided it was a good day for making snow ice-cream! I went out, found a nice bank of clean snow, and grabbed a big bowl full.
