Reservation Requirements:
- 2 night minimum stay
- You must be 21 years of age to place reservation.
- Deposits and Payments may be made with a Check or through PayPal. Credit Card payments can only be received through PayPal. Please call us for information (740)668-7075.
- Name, address and phone number are required.
Confirmations will be e-mailed and optionally mailed.

Rates:

- For less than 4 people, contact us for rates.
- For each additional person over 6 people, there is a $25.00 per night additional charge.
- All rates include a county bed tax of 3% and 6.5% state sales tax.
- Children 5 years old and younger stay for free.

Deposit Policy:
- $300.00 deposit required on any vacation package and is required to reserve your dates.
- This deposit includes a non-refundable $25.00 booking fee.
- Deposits should be made by check, and need to be postmarked 30 days in advance of your arrival date.

Refund Policy:
- You will receive a refund of your deposit less the $25.00 booking fee with cancellations made at least 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Less than 14 days prior to stay, deposit is non-refundable, but it can apply to a future stay.

Check-in / Check-out Times:
- Check-in is after 3:30 pm daily
- Check-out is 11:00 am daily

Special Information for Pet Owners:
- We require a $25.00 cleaning fee for pets.
- This is a one time charge per visit, and is due at the time
of arrival.

Special Information for Bow Hunters:
- Rates are per hunter, by the number of nights you will stay with us. Please call us at (740) 668-7075 for more information.
- Reservations for your hunting packages should be made through Ohio Bow Outfitters.
- Please request lodging with us when contacting Ohio Bow Outfitters.

Special Information for Horse Owners:
- There is space on the grounds for parking a horse trailer.
- We currently have a 50 foot+ diameter round pen for an enclosure and turn-out for the horses to keep them secure if you are not with them.
- We recommend that you bring your own feed and water buckets for the health of your horse, but if that is a problem, please let us know in advance.
